Makeup Policy

If a child misses a swimming lesson, you are able to have a make-up lesson for that class provided you have let reception office know you will be away.

All make-ups are done during the school holiday period within the holiday intensive program.

Babies and Squirts are able to make up missed classes where a vacancy occurs.

If a make-up is missed you will not be able to re-schedule for another time.

All make-up classes must be completed by the end of the semester or will be forfeited.

Lessons are not conducted on public holidays.

Electrical storms, by law, require the pool to be closed. Unfortunately, lessons will be cancelled in an electrical storm with no make-up class provided.

All infants and toddlers MUST wear a waterproof nappy during their lesson and while using all the other pools.

We ask that children suffering from a contagious illness, such as diarrhoea, vomiting, chicken pox or conjunctivitis, please NOT attend classes, as contagious illnesses can be spread through the water. If your child has vomiting or diarrhoea they should be excluded from lessons for a period of 2 weeks from when the vomiting and diarrhoea has stopped.

Pool Entry

All lesson bookings include pool entry for the student on that day. All accompanying family viewing the lessons on that day are not required to pay pool entry unless swimming.

If it is not a day of your child’s lessons all patrons need to pay pool entry.

Photo & Video Policy

Please note that we regularly take photos and video footage of children swimming at the centre as mementos for parents and for marketing purposes. If you DO NOT want your child to be photographed or filmed, please advise us in writing at

Swimming Attire

Please ensure your child wears appropriate swimming attire. If your child is not toilet trained they must wear a swim nappy, but don’t panic if you forget one, we sell them at reception for $3.00.

Swim caps are not a requirement for lessons however we recommend them if your child has a lot of hair to keep out of their face.

We recommend goggles are to be worn from level 1 upwards to help with swimming techniques.

We believe that wearing fitted swimwear, goggles and a cap assist and improve your child’s ability in learning.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation or postponement of a direct-debit payment needs to be in writing via email through the contact us section of this website or email and, we require a minimum of 2 week’s notice to cancel your payment.

We can postpone direct-debit payments only if you are going to be away for two weeks or more.

If you pay upfront, please note that we do not give refunds. Any money you have paid will be stored as a credit for future lessons if you need to cancel.  In the event of a cancellation where you apply for a refund (due to unforeseen circumstances) we will review each case on an individual basis and reserve the right to not issue a refund and/or withhold a cancellation fee if do issue a refund.
